To provide the fastest service, PETOGEAR operates 10 strategic warehouses across 4 countries: the USA, Germany, China, and Australia.
Proximity First: Our system is designed to automatically fulfill your order from the warehouse closest to your shipping address.
Inventory Flexibility: In cases where a specific item is out of stock at your local hub, we will ship it from another one of our global warehouses to ensure you receive your gear as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding should your package take a scenic route from a slightly further hub!
We move fast! Most orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. and regional holidays).
Confirmation: You will receive an automated email once your order is placed, followed by a tracking number once your gear is on the move.

Check Twice: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for gear lost due to incorrect address information.
Damaged Goods: If your gear arrives damaged from its journey, please contact support@petogear.com immediately so we can make it right.
